Out Cold Outdoors Mission
Out Cold Outfitters is an online store for all your favorite outdoor and athletic gear.
ATV riding on a snowy day in the Black Hills we got the idea to start a clothing line. We saw a need for more affordable outdoor clothing options, and the entrepreneurial spirit decided to meet that need. Out Cold Outfitters was born.
Avid outdoorsmen, we understand that the cost of clothing and gear can be a barrier to many. Out Cold Outfitters is committed to providing high-quality gear at affordable prices for all kinds of outdoors adventurers, from hunting and fishing to hiking, skiing, snowboarding, camping, and more.
Out Cold Outfitters can provide the best quality gear at a fraction of the price of most brick-and-mortar retailers. Customers also get the convenience of online shopping and delivery. By making gear more affordable, we hope more people will be able to enjoy the incredible outdoors.

Who We Are
Quality control is one of our main concerns, which is why Out Cold’s products are actively tested by people in the Black Hills. We have recruited guides, hunters, hikers, campers, and other outdoor enthusiasts to wear our products and let us know how they fare. By continuously getting feedback from real people who are spending time out in the elements, we can ensure our gear meets the highest standards. If it can withstand the harsh South Dakota elements, we’re confident it can withstand just about anything.
Conservation
We believe the best way to give back is by starting close to home. Based in the Black Hills, Out Cold is committed to supporting local conservation efforts. We are regular supporters of South Dakota Youth Hunting Adventures, which mentors youth who want to learn how to hunt, fish and experience the great outdoors.
