At Out Cold Cutfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept retirns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange eligible items, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Final sale or clearance items.
• Gift earth.
• Undergarments, swimwear, and other intimate apparel (unless defective or required by law).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Apprcved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, was defective, or we sent the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Out Cold Outfitters is not responsible fo- returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order a-rives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. Well provide instructions for returning your item and any applicable return shipping information.
